How It Works
Four stages take cold feedwater to high-pressure process steam automatically, continuously, safely.

The 2.2 kW multistage pump (Grundfos/Lovera) continuously feeds treated water into the pressure vessel.

The automatic gas burner ignites and heats the vessel, raising water to produce steam at set working pressure.

Fully automatic electric panel holds a steady 150 psi output across the entire production line.

Steam exits through the 38mm stop valve to cooking, dissolving, and heating stations across the factory.
