How It Works
The mixing process.
Four stages take raw rubber-based gum base to a fully kneaded, homogenous mass ready for the extruder.

Material Loading
Raw high-viscosity bubble gum base is loaded into the SS 304 tank bowl, blade, cover and jacket all food-grade ready.

Z-Arm Kneading
The dual SS 304 Z-arms, driven by the 15 kW Germany motor and 350# gear, intensively knead the high-viscosity gum base.

20-Minute Cycle
100 kg of gum base is thoroughly homogenised in 20 minutes consistent texture and quality across every batch.

Screw-Road Discharge
The 1.5 kW tilting gear motor activates the screw-road system smoothly tilting the bowl for clean, controlled discharge.
