How It Works

The settling process.

Four stages take freshly formed ball gum from the forming machine, across the rest conveyor, to a uniform, defect-free piece ready for downstream handling.

Freshly formed ball gum pieces enter the conveyor on the food grade belt at the inlet end, driven at variable capacity by the 0.75 kW gear motor.
