How It Works
The packing process.
Four precision stages take raw gum or candy from the rope sizer or extruder to a fully wrapped, flow-packed piece — consistent quality, every cycle.

Product Feed
Chewing gum, caramel, chewy candy or toffee is fed directly from a rope sizing machine or extruder and cooling tunnel into the forming station.

Brass Mould Forming
High-grade brass moulds shape each piece at up to 450 pcs/min — precise dimensions, consistent shape, reliable repeatability across all candy types.

Precision Cutting
Each formed piece is cut cleanly at production speed — consistent piece weight and length, zero waste, ready for the wrapping station.

Flow Pack Wrapping
