How It Works

The steam generation process.

Four stages take cold feedwater to high-pressure process steam automatically, continuously, safely.

Feedwater Supply
The 2.2 kW multistage pump (Grundfos/Lovera) continuously feeds treated water into the pressure vessel at the required rate.

Gas Burner Firing
The automatic gas burner ignites and heats the vessel, raising water temperature to produce steam at the set working pressure.

Pressure Control
The fully automatic electric panel monitors vessel pressure, controlling the burner to hold a steady 150 psi output across the production line.

Steam Distribution
Steam exits through the 38mm stop valve and is distributed to cooking, dissolving, and heating stations across the candy factory.
