About This Machine

How It Works
The wrapping process.
Four precision stages take candy from the feed belt to a fully wrapped, twisted, and packaged piece ready for dispatch.

Candy Feeding
Candy pieces are automatically fed onto the conveyor. The photo-sensor system detects each piece and confirms correct positioning before wrapping begins.

Film Wrapping
Wrapping film is fed automatically and folded around each candy piece by the brass molds, ensuring a tight, uniform wrap across every shape.

Double Twist
The double twist mechanism applies the signature twist to both ends of the wrap simultaneously, sealing the candy securely at high speed.
04
Output & Dispatch
Wrapped and twisted candy exits the machine at 400 pieces per minute, ready for counting, bagging, or downstream packaging.
