The GES02 Continuous Cooker is a universal candy cooking system for the production of hard and soft candies. With a cross-flow SS shell-and-tube design, PLC Fatek control, HMI touch screen, and full pneumatic and electronic control, it delivers batch-continuous output up to 500 kg per hour.

About This Machine

The GES02 is a line of universal candy cookers for the production of hard and soft candies. The line includes batch continuous cookers with manually fed raw ingredients as well as fully automatic continuous cookers with batch-wise output. Output up to 1500 kg per hour is possible, making it suitable for small and large-scale industrial confectionery production alike.

How It Works

The cooking process.

Five precision stages take raw candy ingredients through continuous cooking, vacuum processing, and batch output ready for the next production stage.

Ingredient Dosing
Raw syrup ingredients are fed through the SS dosing pump with 1 HP drive motor. The pneumatic controlled syrup inlet valve regulates the precise flow rate into the cooker.

Continuous Cooking
The syrup passes through 32 SS 316L inner tubes inside the SS 304L outer shell. Steam controlled by the electronic positioner valve and digital pressure sensor heats the mass evenly.

Vacuum Processing
Cooked candy mass enters the SS stock and exhaust vessel with vacuum chamber. The 1 x 1 inch vacuum pump with 7.5 HP motor removes moisture for the correct candy texture.

PLC Monitoring
Throughout the process, PLC Fatek with HMI touch screen monitors temperature and analogue inputs via combo module, controlling servo drive and drive inverter for precision output.
