Construction & Drive System
The conveyor runs two independent drive systems: a 3.5 kW main drive gear with 5 kW inverter controls the five-floor vibrating belt, while a 0.5 kW elevator gear with 0.75 kW inverter manages the inter-floor transfer mechanism. All floors are fabricated in Stainless Steel 304 for full food-grade compliance.

How It Works
Five precision stages carry ball-type lollipop through the elevator cooling tunnel from the forming machine to packaging-ready temperature.
Air-Through Cooling System
The integrated air-through system runs fans across all five floors of the conveyor, delivering consistent forced-air cooling to every lollipop on every belt. Combined with the alternating belt direction on each floor, it ensures no candy is left with uneven cooling before reaching the outlet.
