How It Works
Five precision stages take raw gum mass from the hopper through twin screw extrusion and the mechanical roller helper system to a perfectly formed, filling-ready output.
Heating System & Helper Rollers
The double jacketed barrel design ensures the gum mass temperature is maintained evenly across the full 660.4 mm screw length. The 3000 kW heating power provides precise zone-by-zone temperature control, while the mechanical roller helper system at the output ensures the extruded rope is consistently sized and smoothly fed to the forming machine without interruption.
Production Line Integration
