How It Works

The forming process.

Four precision stages take the candy rope from the rotary sizer through the 22-punch forming wheel to automatic cut, wrap, and finished flat lollipop output.

Rotary Rope Sizing

The candy rope from the batch roller passes through the one-step rotary sizer, which sets the exact rope diameter required for the 22-punch flat forming wheel before entry.

22-Punch Forming

The sized rope enters the forming wheel. The 7.5 kW motor with 10 kW inverter drives 22 punches per round through the special MS and imported molds, stamping each flat lollipop at up to 400 pcs/min.

Automatic Cutting

Each formed flat lollipop is automatically cut from the rope by the integrated cut system immediately after the punch stage, with no manual intervention required.

Auto Wrapping & Output
