How It Works

The fold wrap process.

Four precision stages take chiclet bubble gum from the feed through the pocket wheel and fold wrap station to finished packed output at 90 to 100 pieces per minute.

Chiclet Feed

Individual chiclet bubble gum pieces are fed into the machine from the chiclet forming line or cooling conveyor, ready for pocket wheel transfer.

Pocket Wheel Transfer

The special brass casting pocket wheel, driven by the 3 HP motor with 5 HP inverter, picks up each chiclet piece and positions it precisely for the fold wrap station.

Fold Wrap

Each chiclet piece passes through the fold wrap station, where the wrapping film is folded around the gum in a continuous fold-wrap motion driven by heavy-duty MS grade mechanical parts.
