The Seven Step Cooling Conveyor with Elevator Conveyor is designed for all types of bubble gum cooling. Seven floors carry product through a continuous air-through system with fans, driven by independent main drive and elevator gear motors with full inverter control. Totally covered with MS sheet with a white food grade T belt on the elevator system.

Five precision stages carry all types of bubble gum through the seven-floor elevator cooling tunnel from the forming machine to packaging-ready temperature.

Freshly formed bubble gum pieces enter the conveyor from the forming machine onto Floor 1 of the seven stacked floors, totally enclosed by the MS sheet cover.

Vibrating Belt Transfer
The 3.5 kW main drive gear with 5 kW inverter drives the belts across all seven floors in alternating directions, gently moving gum pieces to maximise cooling contact time.
