How It Works

The cooling process.

Four precision stages take bubble gum from the forming machine through the AC-cooled tunnel to packaging-ready temperature on the white food-grade belt.

Freshly formed bubble gum pieces enter the tunnel on the white food-grade belt at the inlet end. The SEW Germany 1.5 kW gear motor with 2.2 kW inverter drives the belt at precise variable speed.

The 2.5 ton industrial AC unit supplies continuous cold air into the double thermocol insulated duct above the belt. The total double sheet enclosure retains the cold temperature throughout the full tunnel length.
