Specifications
Full specification of the Bubble Gum Extruder GESS M349_022, built for continuous, high-performance bubble gum extrusion at 200 kg capacity.

High-Performance Bubble Gum Extrusion
The Bubble Gum Extruder GESS M349_022 delivers smooth mixing, uniform texture, and consistent output across all types of bubble gum with a Siemens Germany motor, three-step Germany gear, and mechanical roller helping system.
Screw System & Drive
The extruder is built around a 127 mm × 660.4 mm double jacketed single screw that provides even heat distribution and consistent gum mass flow throughout the barrel. The Siemens Germany 7.5 kW motor with 10 kW inverter and three-step Germany gear delivers the precision torque and variable-speed control needed for reliable continuous extrusion. The mechanical roller helping system ensures a consistent output rope diameter at every production run.
About This Machine
We are engaged in manufacturing high-performance GEW Bubble Gum Extruders designed for efficient and continuous gum production. Our extruder ensures smooth mixing, uniform texture, and consistent output quality. Built with heavy-duty stainless steel and precision-engineered screws, it delivers stable pressure and temperature control for perfect gum forming. The GEW Bubble Gum Extruder is easy to operate, energy-efficient, and ideal for medium to large-scale confectionery production lines.

How It Works
Five precision stages take raw bubble gum compound from the hopper through single screw extrusion and the mechanical roller system to a perfectly formed, temperature-correct gum rope.
Heating System & Safety
The double jacketed barrel design maintains even gum mass temperature across the full 660.4 mm screw length. The 3000 W heating power provides precise zone-by-zone temperature control, while the mechanical roller helping system at the output ensures consistent rope sizing. The machine ships with totally safety covers as standard, and a control panel with all new features for complete operator management.
Production Line Integration
The Bubble Gum Extruder GESS M349_022 feeds directly into ball-forming, gum-wrapping, or filled lollipop production machines, delivering a consistently sized, temperature-correct gum rope at 200 kg capacity.
The Bubble Gum Extruder is the result of 30+ years of engineering mastery in industrial confectionery built in Pakistan, trusted across industries.
Applications
Built for confectionery production lines where consistent gum extrusion output, precise temperature control, and high-torque German engineering are non-negotiable.
