How It Works
The overwrapping process.
Five precision stages take stick gum from the feed through PLC-controlled film layering and overwrapping to finished packaged output at 150 sticks per minute.

Stick Gum Feed
Individual stick gum pieces from the forming line are fed into the machine. Piece quantity is configurable as per demand for any pack size requirement.

Film Layer Selection
The PLC control panel manages the optional 1 to 3 wrapping layer selection. Each film roll feeds at consistent tension for tight, uniform wrapping across every piece.

Over Wrapping
The machine overwraps each stick gum piece in 1 to 3 layers of film at 150 sticks per minute. The PLC ensures accurate film registration and consistent wrap tension throughout.

Film Cutting & Sealing
The film is cut and sealed at the ends of each pack, producing a tight, tamper-evident overwrap that enhances product presentation and extends shelf life.

Wrapped Output
