How It Works
The mixing process.
Four stages take raw rubber-based gum base to a fully kneaded, homogenous mass ready for the extruder.

Material Loading
Raw high-viscosity bubble gum base is loaded into the SS 304 tank bowl, blade, cover and jacket all food-grade ready.

Z-Arm Kneading
The dual SS 304 Z-arms, driven by the 60 kW Germany motor and 650# gear, intensively knead the high-viscosity gum base.

Full-Batch Kneading
400 kg of gum base is thoroughly homogenised per cycle consistent texture and quality across every batch.

Hydraulic Discharge
The 5.5 kW hydraulic jack system smoothly tilts the bowl for clean, controlled discharge after every batch.
