How It Works

The extrusion process.

Four precision stages take raw bubble gum compound from the hopper through six screw extrusion and the mechanical roller system to a perfectly formed, temperature-correct gum rope.

Raw bubble gum compound is loaded into the extruder hopper. The feed rate is controlled through the triple 20 kW inverters managing the six screw speed.
