Batch Roller and Rope Sizer

From batch mass to formed candy rope.

The Batch Roller and Rope Sizer is used for forming all types of ball-shape, filled, and unfilled lollipops and candy. The SS 304 batch roller with hydraulic up and down system shapes the cooked mass into a uniform rope, which the five-step rope sizer then reduces to the exact diameter required for the forming machine downstream.
