The GEW Bubble Gum Extruder (High Speed) is engineered for all types of double-colour bubble gum at 600 to 700 kg per hour. Built with a 100 mm × 660.4 mm double jacketed four-screw head, dual SEW Germany 11 kW motors, three-step Germany gear, mechanical roller helping system, and 6000 W heating power, it delivers stable pressure, uniform texture, and consistent double-colour gum forming at the highest production output.

The high-speed extruder is built around a 100 mm × 660.4 mm double jacketed four-screw system powered by two SEW Germany 11 kW motors running in parallel. Each motor is controlled by a dedicated 15 kW inverter for independent variable-speed management. The three-step Germany gear transmits combined drive torque to all four screws for consistent high-speed double-colour extrusion at 600 to 700 kg per hour.

How It Works
The high-speed extrusion process.
Five precision stages take raw double-colour bubble gum compound through the four-screw high-speed barrel to a perfectly formed co-extruded rope at up to 700 kg per hour.

Gum Loading
Raw bubble gum compound for each colour channel is loaded into the extruder hopper. Dual 15 kW inverters manage the feed rate of each motor independently for precise double-colour control.

Barrel Heating
The 6000 W heating system warms the double jacketed barrel across all three heat zones, maintaining the precise temperature required for each colour channel at full 700 kg/h production speed.

Four Screw High-Speed Extrusion
Two SEW Germany 11 kW motors through three-step Germany gear drive all four 100 mm screws simultaneously, pushing both colour channels of gum mass at high speed toward the four-screw die head.

Double Colour Die Output
The two gum colour channels exit through the four-screw die head, co-extruded into a single rope with two distinct colour layers at the correct diameter for ball-gum or lollipop forming downstream.

Mechanical Roller Help
The mechanical roller helping system receives the high-speed double-colour extruded rope and assists in consistent sizing and smooth feed into the forming machine at full production rate.
