How It Works

The extrusion process.

Five precision stages take raw bubble gum compound through triple screw extrusion to a perfectly formed triple-colour gum rope at up to 500 kg per hour.

Raw bubble gum compounds for each colour channel are loaded into the extruder hopper. Feed rate is controlled through the 20 kW inverter managing the three screw speeds simultaneously.

The 5000 W heating system warms the double jacketed barrel to the precise temperature required for each gum colour channel, ensuring even mass temperature across all heating zones.
