Specifications
Full specification of the Bubble Gum Extruder GES3 M350_022, built for continuous triple-colour bubble gum extrusion at 450 to 500 kg per hour.

Large-Scale Triple Colour Extrusion
The Bubble Gum Extruder GES3 M350_022 delivers continuous triple-colour bubble gum output at up to 500 kg per hour with a Siemens Germany 15 kW motor, three-step Germany gear, and mechanical roller helping system.
Triple Screw System & Drive
The extruder is built around a 127 mm Γ 660.4 mm double jacketed triple screw delivering uniform mixing and consistent triple-colour gum output across all three screw channels. The Siemens Germany 15 kW motor with 20 kW inverter and three-step Germany gear delivers the high-torque, variable-speed drive required for reliable continuous extrusion at 450 to 500 kg per hour. The mechanical roller helping system ensures consistent output rope diameter at full production rate.
About This Machine
We are engaged in manufacturing high-performance GEW Bubble Gum Extruders designed for efficient and continuous gum production. Our extruder ensures smooth mixing, uniform texture, and consistent output quality. Built with heavy-duty stainless steel and precision-engineered screws, it delivers stable pressure and temperature control for perfect gum forming. The GEW Bubble Gum Extruder is easy to operate, energy-efficient, and ideal for medium to large-scale confectionery production lines.

How It Works
Five precision stages take raw bubble gum compound through triple screw extrusion to a perfectly formed triple-colour gum rope at up to 500 kg per hour.
Heating System & Safety
The double jacketed barrel design maintains even gum mass temperature across the full 660.4 mm triple screw length. The 5000 W heating power provides precise zone-by-zone temperature control for each colour channel, while the mechanical roller helping system at the output ensures consistent triple-colour rope sizing at 450 to 500 kg per hour. Totally safety covers and a control panel with all new features are included as standard.
Production Line Integration
The Bubble Gum Extruder GES3 M350_022 feeds directly into ball-forming or lollipop production machines, delivering a triple-colour, temperature-correct gum rope at up to 500 kg per hour.
The Bubble Gum Extruder (Triple Screw) is the result of 30+ years of engineering mastery in industrial confectionery built in Pakistan, trusted across industries.
Applications
Built for large-scale confectionery lines where triple-colour output, high-torque precision drive, and consistent gum rope quality are non-negotiable.
