How It Works

The extrusion process.

Four precision stages take raw bubble gum compound from the hopper through twin screw extrusion and the mechanical roller system to a perfectly formed, temperature-correct gum rope.

Raw bubble gum compound is loaded into the extruder hopper. The feed rate is controlled through the 15 kW inverter managing the twin screw speed.

The 4000 W heating system warms the double jacketed barrel to the precise temperature required, ensuring even gum mass temperature across all heating zones.

Twin Screw Extrusion
The 115 mm × 660.4 mm double jacketed twin screw driven by Siemens Germany 11 kW motor through the heavy-duty Germany step gear continuously pushes the gum mass through the barrel toward the die head.
