How It Works
The packing process.
Five precision stages take butter toffee or chocolate from the product feed through film wrapping, heat sealing, and photocell detection to finished packed output at 350 to 400 pieces per minute.

Product Feed
Butter toffee, chocolate, or candy pieces are fed into the machine. The product width range of 10 to 65 mm and length range of 63 to 254 mm is accommodated without adjustment for most standard formats.

Film Feeding
Wrapping film from 63 to 152 mm width is fed continuously from the film roll. The photocell system monitors film position and ensures accurate registration before each wrap cycle begins.

Wrapping & Drive
The worm gear 80# with imported mechanical gear drives the wrapping mechanism at up to 400 pcs/min. The 1.5 kW motor with 2 kW inverter maintains consistent wrapping speed across the full production range.

Heat Sealing
The 3000 W heating system seals the wrapping film around each product, creating a tamper-evident, airtight seal that maintains the purity and freshness of butter toffee and chocolate.
