About This Machine

The cut & wrap process.
Four precision stages take raw product to a perfectly cut and wrapped piece consistent quality, every time.

Product Feed
Rope-sized or extruded gum or candy is fed into the machine the photocell gear system aligns each piece precisely for cutting and wrapping.

Film Heat & Feed
The 3000W heating system activates film sealing while the variable film feed (63–152 mm) delivers the correct wrap size for every product.

Cut & Form
The Siemens-driven worm gear (No. 80) system cuts and forms each piece at up to 400 pcs/min with consistent, clean precision every cycle.

Wrapped & Out
Each piece exits perfectly cut and wrapped in flow pack ready for secondary packaging, purity and freshness fully preserved.
