How It Works

The extrusion process.

Five precision stages take raw gum mass from the hopper through twin screw extrusion and the mechanical roller helper system to a perfectly formed, filling-ready output.

Raw ball gum or bubble gum mass is loaded into the extruder hopper. The feed rate is controlled through the 10 kW inverter managing the twin screw speed.

The 3000 kW heating system warms the double jacketed barrel to the precise temperature required for the gum compound, ensuring even mass temperature across all four heat zones.
