Cooling System & Drive
The tunnel combines a 2.5 ton industrial AC unit with a 1.5 kW air blower motor and 2 kW inverter to push cooled air evenly across the full W 660 mm × L 4875 mm white food-grade belt. The double thermocol duct system and total double sheet coverage lock in the cold temperature, while the 1.5 kW SEW Germany gear motor with 2.2 kW inverter drives the belt at precise variable speed throughout production.

How It Works
Four precision stages take bubble gum from the forming machine through the AC-cooled tunnel to packaging-ready temperature on the white food-grade belt.
Insulation & Coverage
The double thermocol duct system and total double sheet conveyor coverage work together to lock in the cold air supplied by the 2.5 ton AC unit. The thermocol insulation prevents heat ingress from outside, while the double sheet enclosure ensures no cooled air escapes before it reaches the gum on the belt. Together they maximise the cooling efficiency of the industrial AC unit across the full 4875 mm tunnel length.
Production Line Integration
Positioned directly after the bubble gum forming machine, the Single Step Cooling Tunnel delivers fully cooled product to the fold wrap or packaging station across a single long belt without any floor transfers.
