The stick gum forming process.

Six precision stages take gum compound from the inlet conveyor through pressing, molding, and conveying to finished stick gum output ready for wrapping or packaging.

Gum compound slab enters the line on the 8 ft rest conveyor, driven by a 0.75 kW gear motor with 2.2 kW inverter controlling the feed rate into the press roller set.

The 5 ft press roller set with bracket system, driven by five 1.5 kW gear motors, compresses the gum slab to the precise thickness required for stick gum production across the 5 ft press roller area.
