Specifications
Complete specification for all stations of the Stick Bubble Gum Line GELS 168_026, from the first rest conveyor to the mold roller set and drive inverters.
Complete Stick Gum Production Line
The Stick Bubble Gum Line GELS 168_026 takes gum compound from raw material through pressing, molding, and conveying to finished stick gum output with full inverter-controlled speed management at every stage.
Drive System & Line Layout
The Stick Bubble Gum Line runs nine independent gear motors across three station types. Three 0.75 kW motors drive the rest conveyors, five 1.5 kW motors power the press roller set with bracket system, and one 1.5 kW motor drives the mold roller set. All nine stations are managed through six 2.2 kW inverters for independent variable-speed control at every stage.

How It Works
Six precision stages take gum compound from the inlet conveyor through pressing, molding, and conveying to finished stick gum output ready for wrapping or packaging.
Construction & Food Safety
All equipment on the Stick Bubble Gum Line is manufactured with food-grade stainless steel construction. Every surface in contact with the gum slab from the first rest conveyor through the press roller and mold roller sets meets food-grade hygiene standards, providing durability and long-term industrial performance with minimal maintenance across continuous production runs.
Complete Line Integration
The Stick Bubble Gum Line connects directly to your wrapping or packaging stage, delivering uniform cut stick gum pieces at full line speed from a single complete production system.
The Stick Bubble Gum Line is the result of 30+ years of engineering mastery in industrial confectionery built in Pakistan, trusted across industries.
Applications
Built for confectionery production lines where consistent slab thickness, precise stick scoring, food-grade construction, and full-line speed management are non-negotiable.
