The Three Step Cooling Conveyor is designed for all types of bubble gum cooling. Three floors carry product along a single 660 mm × 4875 mm belt run, driven by a 2.2 kW motor with 3 kW inverter, with a dedicated 3 kW air blower feeding fans across all three stages. Totally covered with MS sheet with a 2 mm food-grade belt.

How It Works

Four precision stages carry all types of bubble gum through the three-floor cooling tunnel from the forming machine to packaging-ready temperature.

Freshly formed bubble gum pieces enter the conveyor from the forming machine onto Floor 1, totally enclosed by the MS sheet cover.

The 2.2 kW motor with 3 kW inverter drives the belt across all three floors in alternating directions, maximising cooling contact time.

The 3 kW air blower pushes continuous airflow through all three floors inside the MS sheet enclosure, drawing heat away evenly at every level.
