Function & Design
The Uni-Plast Die Head forming line is purpose-built for center-filled bubble gum, toffee, and candy production. Bearing steel moulds deliver consistent shape accuracy at 3,000β3,500 pieces per minute. The 5 kW variable-speed inverter gives precise control over output rate across all product types, while the dual elevator conveyor system keeps the line running without interruption.

How It Works
Four precision stages take raw gum or candy compound to fully formed, filled pieces consistent quality, every cycle.
Bubble gum, toffee or candy compound is fed into the Uni-Plast die head, ready for high-speed forming.
Liquid or powder filling is precisely injected into the compound stream consistent fill volume every piece.
Bearing steel moulds form each piece at 3,000β3,500 Pcs/min precise shape, reliable repeatability.
Dual food-grade T-belt elevator conveyors transfer finished pieces down the line for cooling, wrapping, or packaging.
Build & Drive System
Every driven component is selected for long-run industrial reliability. The 3.5 kW main motor and 5 kW inverter deliver stable, controllable forming force across all product sizes and speeds. Independent 0.4 kW gear motors with 0.75 kW inverters on each elevator conveyor allow fine-tuned belt speed and tension throughout the production cycle.
